Windsor, Jr steps down

In March, Laurence C. Windsor, Jr stepped down as the Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for New York South.

His citation reads: for outstanding meritorious service as Civilian Aide to the Secretary of the Army for southern New York, frorn November 2005 through March 201 4. Mr. Windsor’s devoted advocacy for the military was key to the exceptional support the southern New York community provided the Army. His inspirational attitude and leadership have left a lasting, favorable impression on the military community in southern New York. Mr. Windsor’s actions on behalf of the Secretary of the Army and the Soldiers and Families of the United States Army are greatly appreciated and are a great credit to him, the State of New York and the United States Army.
