President’s Award earned by Pat Coulter

Col. Bryan Salas and recipient of the 2010 President's Award, Patrick Coulter.

The  2010 President’s Award was presented to Patrick G. Coulter for his work as the “annual master of ceremonies” of our Merit Awards Banquet.

In this role he has freely given of himself and his resources year after year to assure that each of our active duty “warriors” receives his or her “15 minutes of fame” in the most professional manner possible.

During his professional career with the Raytheon Corporation he became known worldwide as the “Voice of Raytheon” and, as busy as he was traveling the world, he could always be called upon to do something for his professional military association.  Because of his continued concern for the financial well-being of the USMCCCA he convinced Raytheon that we were an organization worthy of support.  Prior to his retirement two years ago Raytheon was contributing $10,000 annually in support of the USMCCCA Foundation.

Certainly this is a long overdue honor for a true gentleman, an absolute professional as a master of ceremonies, and a fine Marine.
