Federal Records Center Directors wanted

Salary range for the Denver Director is $72,465 – $112,025; salary range for the Miamisburg Director is $68,825 – $106,397.  Both are Federal positions at the GS-13 level.

Federal Records Center Directors are key players in the management of the National Archives’ regional records system.  We are looking for individuals with a strong background in business and finance who can focus on the bottom line, but also think strategically about how to move the operation forward.  Experience in a records/information management environment is a plus.

Key job responsibilities include: planning and directing all aspects of the Center’s operations, including providing leadership and guidance to subordinate supervisors and staff; overseeing all fiscal aspects and financial performance of the Federal Records Center; identifying and pursuing business development opportunities; and serving as a member of the Region’s leadership team to help implement initiatives both within the Region and across other Regions within the National Archives’ regional records system.  Please consult the vacancy announcement for additional details about job responsibilities and how to apply.  For additional information on the Federal Records Center Program, visit: http://archives.gov/frc/about.html.
