Alumni Day set for Aug. 6, 2014

As the Defense Information School continues to observe its 50th year, Commandant Col. Jeremy Martin has announced “DINFOS Alumni Day,” set for Wednesday Aug. 6.

The schoolhouse will be open from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. for classroom visits and tours of the under-construction expansion of the main campus.

Visiting alumni will be feted at a pot-luck luncheon and will also have the opportunity to participate in Defense Media Activity’s hometown news program. They’ll also be asked to go on-camera for the Broadcast and Maintenance Department’s alumni video production.   A special graduate seminar kicks off at 12:30 p.m.
