Conference Lodging Note

Once you register for the conference CCHQ will proceed with the reservations process, based on what you have indicated on your registration form.

If you are coming in during the period July 22-25, and have registered with CCHQ no other action by you is needed.

For those who have requested to come in the Saturday before the conference and/or stay a day or two following the conference:  You need to call the Presidential Inn at 301 981-4614.  Refer to the Group confirmation code:  20140097103. You must also make sure you are registered with CCHQ.  If you have any questions about this, call CCHQ at 352 748-4698.
