Using a Nikon D3X with a 16-35mm f/4G ED VR, USMC Sgt Kelly Street makes a photo of U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Truc Le, a linguist assigned to the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency (DPAA), carry a case containing possible remains of an unidentified U.S. service member from WWII during an honorable carry ceremony at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The contents of the case will be examined by forensic anthropologists and odontologists at DPAA’s skeletal identification laboratory. DPAA’s mission is to provide the fullest possible accounting for our missing personnel to their families and the nation.
