Delgadillo: First place Portrait

Sgt. David Delgadillo earned first place in the portrait category for this year’s Marine Corps Visual Information and Excellence in Communication (VIEC) Awards. This environmental portrait of Sgt. Cody Huestis, a Meteorology and Oceanology Marine with 2nd Intel Battalion, II MEF Information Group, netted him the win.

On behalf of the United States Marine Corps Combat Correspondents Association Association (USMCCCA) and Communication Strategy and Operations (COMMSTRAT) we would like to extend our congratulations to the winners of this years’ Visual Information and Excellence in Communication (VIEC) Awards for work completed in 2019.

Tremendous thanks must go to Paul Mancuso, Awards Chair, MSgt Jeremy Vought, HQMC Communication Directorate, and MSgt Brian Buckwalter, Defense Visual Distribution Service (DVIDS) for the hard work in organizing this contest.
