1600:  Board Meeting, USMCCCA Foundation – Executive Conference Room
1800-2000:  Welcome Reception- Library/Morgan/Veranda Rooms
2000-2400:  Hospitality Suite Operational – Executive Conference Room

Tuesday – August 18
0800:   Assembly for the Camp Lejeune bus – Hotel Lobby
0830:  Bus ride to Camp Lejeune
1000:  Operational briefing, MEU; Amphib Demonstration
1130:   Adopt a Marine for Lunch:  Note, this function takes place at the Officers Club.  The buffet will cost approximately $11 each.
1300:  Visit Beirut Memorial, return to hotel
1900-2400:  Hospitality Suite Operational – Executive Conference Room

Wednesday – August 19
